Privacy & Data Governance Policy
THINT respects the confidentiality and privacy of organizations, research participants, and individuals who interact with our work. This policy outlines how information is collected, used, and protected across consulting engagements, research activities, and platform interactions.
I. Executive Data Philosophy
Thint Sense is engineered on the principle of Ethical Intelligence. We believe that "Voice of the Customer" (VoC) data is a strategic asset that must be handled with industrial-grade security and uncompromising transparency. We do not just process data; we govern it.
II. Multi-Channel Intelligence Architecture
Our platform synchronizes authorized data streams from the global digital ecosystem to provide a 360-degree CX view:
- Public Reputation Signals: Google Business Profile, TripAdvisor, Trustpilot, and App Store reviews.
- Social Sentiment Streams: Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Enterprise Metadata: Location-based performance metrics and engagement telemetry.
III. The "Zero-Training" AI Commitment
Unlike generic AI tools, Thint Sense operates on a Non-Associative AI Model.
Privacy-First Processing: We utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) for real-time synthesis and sentiment extraction.
No Data Harvesting: We strictly prohibit the use of client-specific or platform-retrieved data to train, tune, or improve our internal AI models or those of third-party providers. Your competitive intelligence remains your own.
IV. Sovereign Data Compliance
Thint Sense is built to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of India (2023) and global standards such as GDPR.
Data Residency: We prioritize secure, localized cloud infrastructure.
Right to Erasure: Enterprise clients maintain full "Right to be Forgotten" protocols for their synced data.
V. Third-Party Data Processing & AI Governance
Thint Sense operates a multi-channel intelligence layer. Our data processing activities are governed by the following platform-specific policies:
- Google Ecosystem: All interactions with Google Business Profile and YouTube data adhere to the Google Privacy Policy and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
- Meta Platforms: Data retrieved from Facebook and Instagram is processed in compliance with the Meta Developer Data Policy.
- Enterprise Security: We do not use data obtained from these APIs to train internal AI models. Users may revoke access at any time via their Google Security Settings.
